2 tablespoons bean stew sauce –

Tomato ketchup, 2 tablespoons – Vinegar,

1 tablespoon – One-half cup water – 2 tablespoons water and

1 tablespoon cornstarch (for thickening) – Add salt and pepper to taste. –

Green onions and sesame seeds for embellish (discretionary)

Instructions:

1. Set up the Chicken:

– In a bowl, blend flour, cornstarch, egg, garlic, ginger, dark pepper, and salt to shape a player.

– Coat the chicken pieces thoroughly in the batter before adding them. In a pan or deep fryer, heat oil to a medium temperature.

– Sear the chicken pieces in clusters until they are brilliant and firm. Drain on paper towels after removing.
